This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with SMEs and supporting them in managing their HR and Health and Safety needs through our SafeHR and SafeWorkforce solutions.

Using a consultative approach, you will build strong relationships, understand customer challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that add real value. By developing a high quality pipeline and maximising conversion, you will consistently achieve and exceed targets while contributing to long term customer success and business growth.

• Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through a mix of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and targeted campaigns
• Engage with SMEs to understand their HR and Health and Safety challenges, using a consultative approach to recommend the right solutions
• Manage and nurture a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity and strong conversion rates at every stage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to maximise cross sell opportunities
• Accurately track, forecast, and manage all activity within the CRM, maintaining high standards of data quality and reporting

To succeed in this role, you'll be a confident and driven sales professional who thrives in a fast paced, target led environment. You'll enjoy building relationships, asking the right questions, and delivering solutions that genuinely help customers. With a proactive mindset and strong organisational skills, you'll be comfortable managing multiple opportunities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Proven experience in B2B telephone sales within a consultative environment
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding new business sales targets
• Ability to manage and convert a pipeline of opportunities from lead through to close
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Experience working across both inbound and outbound sales activity
