We are looking for a proactive and analytical Product Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and ongoing performance of pension administration systems. Working closely with users, IT, and change teams, you will play a key role in translating business needs into effective system solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery across the full development lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesExperience in pensions administration and/or a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role is essential. You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes. Along with good understanding of the software development lifecycle and project delivery and excellent communication and documentation skills. You'll be experienced in supporting or using pensions administration systems, with strong Microsoft Excel capability with the ability to manage workloads effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, development tools (e.g. Azure DevOps), or relevant industry qualifications (e.g. PMI) would be advantageous.
