SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000 What we can offer you:Working closely with the Technology Director, as the TechOps Specialist you'll own internal tech ops. You'll own the user lifecycle from a systems perspective, ensuring your colleagues have the tools, access, and support they need to do their best work. You'll lead the relationship with our MSP and use your expertise and systems knowledge to make life easier for your colleagues. You'll be the expert people see when they want better ways of working in the tools used, and the visionary who helpd develop and initiate tools required.
As TechOps Specialist you will be:A deeply knowledgeable tech generalist - a multi-disciplinary specialist who understands how systems mesh to make a business run smoother. Your a Google Workspace-native, and love using integrations, automation, and AI to remove friction wherever you find it. You're organised and detail-oriented, enjoy owning projects from beginning to end, and know how to communicate complex things well and simply.
