Senior Clinical Administrator

Senior Clinical Administrator (Part time 22.5 hrs per week, Wednesday to Friday)

The Assertive Outreach Service works with people with long standing psychotic mental health needs, while the Homeless Mental Health Service offers engagement, assessment and referral to mainstream services for those aged 16+ who are homeless or in temporary accommodation.

• Support the clinical team with administration tasks.
• Supervise the admin team.
• Manage workflow within the team.
• Handle referrals and telephone & written correspondence with patients.
• Diary management.
• Prepare agendas and take minutes.
• Data entry and create spreadsheets.

• Strong administration experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Supervisory experience.
• Highly organised with good planning skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.

All positions require permission to work in the UK. DBS disclosure costs are borne by the individual and deducted from salary once a role commences. A 6 month probationary period applies. The role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975; a Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
