Account Manager - Legal Careers Group

Department: Commercial

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers, proactively managing accounts to identify upsell, cross sell and retention opportunities
  • Create and execute client sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Work closely with Customer Success to manage the full client lifecycle and increase both renewal value and volume
  • Gather and relay client feedback to support product development and the successful launch of new products
  • Accurately record sales activity and pipeline progression in CRM from opportunity creation through to close
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • A proven track record in sales, account management or business development
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including confident client conversations
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • A commercial mindset, with a clear focus on outcomes and customer value
  • A strong desire to exceed targets and consistently over perform
