JD Group is a leading name in retail sports fashion. We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Product function, responsible for delivering the end-to-end omnichannel roadmap across the size? group of brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate the product vision, translating strategic business objectives into actionable plans and prioritising the roadmap.
  • Drive innovation by bringing market knowledge and creative solutions to the team, working with Product Design & Research to deliver best in class omnichannel experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Product team, technical teams and commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs, customer expectations and group strategy.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, run sprints, refine user stories, ensure technical feasibility and deliver features on time and to quality.
  • Use data analytics to assess the value and efficacy of digital features, making data driven decisions and driving continuous improvement.
  • Form strong collaborations with digital suppliers, ensuring JD is at the forefront of innovative releases while maintaining commercial constructs and efficient spend.
  • Champion Agile practices within the team, facilitating scrum meetings and ensuring an efficient iterative development process with clear reporting.
  • Manage key partner relationships and associated budgets within your domain, ensuring strong commercial and delivery outcomes.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, proactively identifying innovation opportunities and driving progress across a broad and complex domain.
  • Communicate priorities clearly, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across teams and leadership.
Key Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role within a digital/ecommerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and retail technologies, Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver complex product development goals.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills - ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams, driving collaboration, innovation and delivery.
  • Deep commitment to enhancing customer engagement through innovative digital experiences.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, with a track record of data driven decision making.
