Job Description

Technical Services Manager - Law Firm - Central London - Long Term Contract - Up to 65k

The role involves working closely with the client and the on site engineering team to deliver high level service while ensuring all KPI's are adhered to. It focuses on technical issue resolution, building compliance and proactive maintenance.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 5 (extra hours may be needed).

Responsibilities
  • Ensure client requirements are met and relationships are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the team of two engineers.
  • Ensure all PPM's, reactive and proactive maintenance works are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Deal with technical issues across the building.
  • Produce monthly reports for the area manager.
  • Be responsible for budgets and make sure targets are met.
  • Manage and develop staff under your control and make sure sub contractors are compliant.
  • Ensure company procedures are followed at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Electrically or mechanically qualified to recognised level.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • A good understanding of building services maintenance.
  • Previous managerial experience.
  • Basic financial understanding of profit and loss, budgets and operating costs. (training will be given)
  • Good man management skills.
  • Smart, presentable and client facing.
Package
  • Salary - up to 65k.
  • 25 days holiday.
