As a Cover Engineer, you'll work across a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings, stepping in during planned and unplanned absences (e.g., holidays, sickness) of site-based engineers. Technical Services Manager - Law Firm - Central London - Long Term Contract - Up to 65k The role involves working closely with the client and the on site engineering team to deliver high level service while ensuring all KPI's are adhered to. It focuses on technical issue resolution, building compliance and proactive maintenance. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 5 (extra hours may be needed). Responsibilities Ensure client requirements are met and relationships are met and exceeded. Manage the team of two engineers. Ensure all PPM's, reactive and proactive maintenance works are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements. Deal with technical issues across the building. Produce monthly reports for the area manager. Be responsible for budgets and make sure targets are met. Manage and develop staff under your control and make sure sub contractors are compliant.
