Your new role
Reporting to the Regional IT Manager, they are looking to appoint an IT Engineer to join their established team at their Walkden site, providing a high level of IT support to end users. Working as part of the central IT team, you will help maintain a secure, reliable and scalable cloud environment that supports teaching, learning and business operations across the Trust.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you will ideally have experience providing IT support in an educational setting, whether this be working for a school or college, or working for a managed service provider supporting the sector. You will have a passion for providing a high level of IT service, working face to face with end users and promoting the use of technology in the classroom. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are required, as well as a proactive approach to IT support.
