About the Role

As one of SAP's Tier 1 global partners we help clients turn data into insight and action across their transformation journeys. As a SAP Data & Analytics Analyst, you will support end to end delivery across data and analytics workstreams - helping shape requirements, build and validate data models, develop dashboards and analytical products, and contribute to high quality, repeatable delivery on SAP and cloud data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support delivery teams to gather, document and validate data and reporting requirements with business and functional stakeholders.
  • Build, test and document data pipelines and transformations (e.g., ingestion, cleansing, harmonisation, data quality checks) across SAP and non SAP sources.
  • Develop analytics outputs such as semantic models, queries and dashboards (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud), ensuring performance, usability and adoption.
  • Work with a range of clients and industries, contributing to agile delivery, stakeholder updates, and continuous improvement of delivery accelerators and reusable assets.
Qualifications
  • Hands on experience delivering data and analytics solutions (requirements, build, test, release) within at least one project team.
  • Working knowledge and ability to analyse datasets, validate outputs and troubleshoot issues collaboratively with engineers and platform teams.
  • Data modelling and data engineering fundamentals (e.g., dimensional modelling, star schema concepts, data quality, reconciliation, lineage documentation).
  • Familiarity with SAP data & analytics components such as SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/BW/4HANA, and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (or strong transferable experience with comparable tools).
  • Familiarity with SAP business processes and data (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement) and ability to translate business questions into data and reporting requirements.
  • Comfort working in distributed teams using agile ways of working (e.g., user stories, backlogs, sprint ceremonies) and standard delivery tooling.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Benefits

Competitive basic salary plus an extensive benefits package including 30 days' vacation per year, private medical insurance, 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work, and flexibility to work both remotely and onsite as required.
