Service Delivery Manager

Ely, Cambridgeshire

£41,829 - £44,031 per year

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Sanctuary provides in house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. The role of Service Delivery Manager will include:
  • Managing the end to end delivery of void properties from vacant to re let
  • Ensuring voids are completed to time, quality, and compliance standards
  • Overseeing health, safety, and statutory compliance
  • Working with internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance
Skills and experiences:
  • To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in a core trade subject and hold an ILM membership (The Institute of Leadership). Candidates must bring original certification; copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities management environment.
  • Proven experience analysing and diagnosing complex problems and implementing effective solutions.
  • Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation.
  • Drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
