The Consumer Experience Operations organization collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Vendor Operations, Marketing, Data Science and Legal, to identify and address user pain points and improve the overall support experience. Our team is tasked with developing innovative and user-centric support solutions that address the evolving needs of YouTube's user base - across NFL Sunday Ticket, YouTube TV, and YouTube Music and Premium, as well as Shopping and Fan Funding - with the goal of delivering an exceptional experience while increasing growth and retention. We drive the implementation of self-service tools and automated support workflows, and we equip support agents with the knowledge, tools and skills to provide high quality service.
The Content Partner Engineering team is the technical interface for YouTube's vital partners across emerging markets (e.g., broadcasters, sports leagues and news organizations). Our unique blend of technical skill and business acumen allows us to provide high-touch technical services, resolve issues, and serve as a crucial feedback loop to incubate and mature scalable product solutions. We are dedicated to ensuring these partners can maximally grow, generate business, and protect their content and operations on YouTube.
As a Partner Engineer, you will be a technologist working in a team that manages YouTube's largest partnerships, optimizing implementations, driving new business opportunities, and seeking solutions aiming to build excellent, successful, long-term partnerships.
