Key Details

Salary: £42,310 - £44,524 per year

Contract: 35 hours per week

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts to support evolving business needs
  • Design dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to the business
  • Provide 3rd line support for Salesforce related issues and lead the resolution of complex incidents
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements, resolve system issues, and improve platform performance
  • Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guidance
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and governance standards
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements and new functionality
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve system efficiency, scalability, and user experience
Skills and Experience
  • Salesforce Administration Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Extensive experience analysing, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Experience managing and deploying Salesforce system changes through IDEs, GIT and code repository tools
  • Experience working with 3rd party support organisations
