Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Lead Systems Developer to join their team and play a key role in improving and supporting business-critical systems across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical development with stakeholder engagement, business improvement, and systems support.
What you'll be doing:You'll work closely with management, end users, and key stakeholders to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and deliver technical solutions that drive efficiency.
You'll also act as a technical escalation point for the ICT team, support third-party suppliers, and help shape the future of the business's systems landscape.
Key Skills:- Desired experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate
- Development experience with C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework
- Experience gathering requirements and working closely with business stakeholders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
