Digital Target Operating Model Lead - Government (London)

North Highland is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for the Target Operating Model in London. This is a 3-6 month contract requiring onsite work 2-3 days a week. You will evaluate and improve the current Digital, Data, and Technology (DDaT) operating model for government clients. Responsibilities include developing an effective operational framework, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding the DDaT team.
