Working Arrangement: Office/Home Hybrid

Senior Project Manager responsible for managing the programme's operating model, delivery partner integration, and centralised interface management for a major joint venture infrastructure project.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Operating Model, ensuring it is clear and well documented.
  • Manage Delivery Partner Integration, ensuring alignment to collaborative working expectations.
  • Oversee Centralised Interface Management to maintain an up to date and precise Interface Matrix.
  • Identify structural integration gaps and support interface assurance.
  • Manage day to day management, coordination and delivery of assigned project scope, ensuring alignment with programme baselines and performance objectives.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships to ensure shared understanding of project objectives-including safety, programme, risks and issues.
  • Support the development of the team and provide pastoral care.
Qualifications
  • Possess Chartered status or APM, MSP, PMQ (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience leading teams to manage projects in the infrastructure sector.
  • Experience designing or managing Operating Models, governance structures, or organisational frameworks.
  • Experience in interface management and cross functional alignment.
  • Skilled and experienced at defining roles, responsibilities and interfaces.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining agreed project plans and detailed stage plans.
  • Clear demonstration of commercial acumen with the capability to negotiate and oversee contracts to achieve results and ensure value for money.
  • Experience in innovation, sustainability, and best practice in major programme delivery.
  • Solid skills in facilitation, strategic clarity mapping, leadership and decision making ability.
  • Clear and effective communicator with the ability to persuade others, with well developed structural and analytical thinking skills.
