Job Overview

We are looking for a Visitor Assistant to join us at Warkworth Castle, working 7 hours per week.

Responsibilities

You will greet visitors, provide information, recommend sites, facilitate membership discussion, assist with ticketing, manage queues, promote events and ensure the site is safe, accessible, and well presented at all times.

You will work weekends and Bank Holidays, provide support to visitors, and be required to build a personalised visitor experience.

Qualifications

No formal history background required; a passion for people, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Some training experience with the public is beneficial but not required.
