Job Description

Location: Diageo Ibrox Site - Fairley Street, Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (40 hours per week)
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Contract: Permanent - Full Time About the Role

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team at the Diageo site in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of a busy site within a well-established environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring administrative processes, systems, and site coordination run efficiently, supporting both the facilities and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to facilities and technical teams
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Support reporting processes and ensure data is up to date
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication across site
  • Assist with compliance and internal procedures
  • Act as a point of contact for site-based queries
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
