Senior Business & Integration Manager

The Senior Business & Integration Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and financially robust services across the organisation and across partnerships.
In particular, this includes supporting the Trust, as part of the Norfolk Hospitals Group, to explore and support the delivery of Neighbourhood Health. This will necessitate working with local and regional partners, both within and outside the health environment. Support business case development, defining measurable outcomes and the measures to support delivery of new approaches to delivering health and care in a complex and collaborative environment.
Main duties of the job
A senior strategic leader responsible for driving complex change, delivering Trust objectives, and shaping high-quality, patient centred services aligned to Group strategy, NHS planning guidance and IC priorities.
You will lead system wide collaboration, including Neighbourhood Health in Great Yarmouth & Waveney, support population health and health inequalities reduction, and guide clinical and operational leaders to deliver safe, effective, innovative and efficient services. The role includes responsibility for service planning, performance, investment prioritisation, partnership working, and deputising for the Director of Strategy & Transformation when required.
Person Specification Education and Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training plus further specialist knowledge or experience to master's level or equivalent
- Understanding of the background to and aims of current healthcare policy and appreciate the implications of this on engagement
Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience working within a healthcare setting
- Significant senior management experience, including delivery at a strategic level with a reputation for successful delivery with positive credibility
- Demonstrable experience of leading successful change programmes with quality, workforce and finance outputs using best practice methodologies
- Experience of developing and delivering complex cross provider and multi organisation integration programmes
- Experience of successfully working with clinicians from a variety of backgrounds and seniority
- Experience of highly specialised project management within a complex NHS environment
- Demonstrable experience of effective management of difficult/sensitive situations utilising conflict management techniques
- Demonstrable experience of working with complex data and information requiring excellent analytical skills, ensuring both robust analysis and clear presentation to a wide audience
- Working knowledge and recent experience of working within NHS finance processes and understanding requirements, including pressures, payment mechanisms, frameworks, risks and implications, etc
- Experience of effective partnership working with other organisations, managing political areas of reputational impact
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Expert knowledge of the NHS context and key development areas relating to areas within the portfolio
- Specific in depth knowledge of the National agenda and future direction of travel, critical in the effective management of the portfolio
