Location: London OR Newbury + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Overview: This role supports the delivery of fixed broadband performance insights and reporting within the Network Quality CX and Insight team. It contributes to weekly performance tracking, analytics tasks, and supports the Fixed Performance Lead in driving improvements across the fixed network to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What you'll do
  • Perform regular reporting and trend analysis of Fixed KPIs.
  • Track and report on the progress of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support the Fixed Performance Lead role with data analysis and insight generation.
  • Proactively identify new sources of customer insight and feedback.
  • Maintain and evolve weekly fixed performance reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in documented standards, processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to automation and transformation initiatives within the analytics function.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests and deep dives into customer experience metrics.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity across all reporting outputs.
Who You Are
  • Experience in telecoms or data analytics roles, ideally within fixed networks.
  • Good knowledge of fixed broadband technologies and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Familiarity with KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
  • Experience in generating and maintaining weekly performance reports.
  • Familiarity with customer experience data and diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams and manage multiple priorities.
