On Site Senior POS Account Manager

We are looking for a success oriented Account Manager to join our client's dynamic team. Joining this highly successful print management team with a service oriented culture will require extensive Point of Sale knowledge.

Based in the offices of one of our client's most substantial POS accounts, you will be required to draw upon your knowledge base and experience in the market to manage their requirements.

Our client has an extensive network of carefully vetted suppliers to match their sustainable ethos, enabling them to competitively source products on clients' behalf. Your role will involve managing these relationships to continue delivering competitive prices and an all round unrivalled service, while providing a high calibre of customer service and developing a prosperous relationship with the client.

Technology will also help you greatly in this role: the monitoring of campaigns and assistance in cost savings and efficiencies is delivered via our client's versatile and powerful bespoke Management Information System.

This position requires someone who can work with the client to provide solutions to any challenge and ensure no aspect of a project is left unmet.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client requirements and deliver high calibre customer service.
  • Build and sustain relationships with vetted suppliers to secure competitive pricing and sustainable solutions.
  • Monitor campaigns and provide assistance in cost savings and efficiencies using the client's bespoke Management Information System.
  • Collaborate with the client to solve challenges and ensure all project aspects are fulfilled.
Qualifications
  • Extensive Point of Sale (POS) knowledge.
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships in a sustainable context.
  • Proficiency in delivering competitive pricing and cost saving solutions.
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to use bespoke Management Information Systems.
