This role is central to strengthening how we measure, understand, and improve search visibility and website performance.In this role, you'll own the SEO and GEO measurement framework, delivering clear dashboards and insights that shape prioritisation, investment, and optimisation decisions. You'll lead opportunity sizing and causal analysis to identify high impact search initiatives.You'll also champion robust SEO/GEO taxonomies, tagging, and data quality standards, embedding insight-led decision-making across digital and content teams. Strong search analytics expertise, paired with the ability to influence and coach others, are essential skills. skills. Key responsibilities As a SEO & GEO Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in: Owning and evolving the SEO and GEO measurement framework, helping us to monitor performance across both organic search engines and generative AI platforms. Deliver actionable insights that will deliver uplift in rankings and citations, organic traffic, engagement and, ultimately, conversions. Build and maintain dashboards that surface SEO/GEO trends, opportunities, and risks. Conduct opportunity sizing, causal analysis, and forecasting to identify high impact initiatives and inform prioritisation. Embed a culture of insight-driven decision-making coaching teams to confidently use data to guide SEO/GEO strategy.This is a high-impact analytical role, focused on enabling evidence-based SEO and GEO strategy at scale. Experience Required Two years proven experience of working with and designing/evolving measurement frameworks/dashboards for SEO and website performance. Strategic collaboration: you'll be working closely with stakeholders across the public website team and other strategic partners to inform priorities and to align insights with business objectives and growth ambitions. Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to non technical and senior stakeholders. Experience in coaching or mentoring, fostering a culture of curiosity and evidence-based decision making.
