The group is responsible for FX trading and related services.We value innovative thinking, great learning and teamwork ability.ResponsibilitiesClosely working with product and developers and other teams/groups to help document requirements and create stories to help develop applications that meet the needs of FX engineering. Define, develop, maintain FIX Specs for FX trading.Required Skills:Strong FX product knowledge with RFQ and other strategies.Strong experience developing and maintaining FIX Spec for trading, preferably FXExperience with FIX versions 4.2/4.4/5.0/SP2/FIXT 1.1Deep understanding of FX marketsSpots, Forwards, Swaps, Algos, OptionsExcellent written and spoken EnglishExperience working with product managers and engineers gathering, refining, documenting requirements and SpecsExpertise in breaking down requirements into jira storiesProven track record of delivering goalsKnowledge & Experience of modern agile development methodologiesSelf-motivated and self-directed, able to work effectively in a globally distributed team, managing multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teamsDesired SkillsExperience using AI for productivityExperience with SQL and NoSQLExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Career Stage: Manager London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information: Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
