What you'll do This role leads the development and optimisation of Vodafone Mobile's Household & Convergence portfolio. You will take the lead on bringing together the best of Vodafone's Mobile & Fixed portfolios to deliver innovative & compelling propositions. You are a dynamic propositions expert and people leader who is motivated to deliver best in class customer & commercial outcomes Key responsibilities for the role include:- Vision & Strategic Direction: Set a bold, inspiring, customer-centric vision for the portfolio area that unifies teams and stakeholders behind a clear long-term direction. Translate customer insight, market dynamics, and commercial ambition into a multi-year strategy and roadmap that guides investment, sequencing, and priorities Inspiring Leadership & People Development: Build an inclusive, high-performance culture by providing clear direction, coaching, and development that grows future leaders and strengthens team capability. Set expectations for excellence, accountability, and pace, empowering the team to make decisions while removing barriers that restrict progress. Execution Excellence & Delivery Leadership: Drive end-to-end excellence in delivery, ensuring strategic propositions launch with high quality, cross-functional alignment, and measurable impact. Lead crisis management when needed. Strategic Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Tackle complex, ambiguous challenges through structured thinking, data-driven decisions, and sound judgement. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring learnings feed into future plans, Customer & Commercial Focus: Act as the custodian of customer experience and commercial performance for your portfolio, Ensure all propositions balance customer value, commercial sustainability, and long-term brand impact. Innovation & Growth Mindset: Lead forward-thinking innovation by convening diverse teams, challenging conventions, and encouraging experimentation that fuels long-term growth. Influence, Communication & Stakeholder Leadership: Build strong alignment across senior leaders by communicating a compelling strategic narrative and clearly articulating portfolio priorities and trade-offs. Influence cross-functional decisions by providing insight-driven recommendations and advocating for the customer and commercial vision. Prioritisation & Organisational Alignment: Establish clear prioritisation frameworks that guide teams through ambiguity and ensure resources are focused on the most impactful initiatives. Continuously reassess priorities in response to market conditions, competitive moves, or operational constraints Who you are Experience in proposition development, ideally in telecoms or media sectors. Strong understanding of convergence trends and customer needs across mobile, broadband, and content. Proven ability to build business cases and manage performance. Experience working cross-functionally across product, GTM, and commercial teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on simplicity and value.
