OUTSIDE IR35 - Project Coordinator - Ecommerce/Digital Retail experience essential - 3 days a week in London.

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Programme Support professional to join a major high-profile digital retail transformation programme based in Central London.

This role will support the delivery of a large-scale customer-facing online retail platform, helping coordinate workstreams, stakeholders, governance, planning and delivery activity across a fast-paced programme environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst/Junior Project Manager
• Strong eCommerce background, ideally working on transactional websites, apps or digital commerce platforms
• Experience delivering digital retail or customer-facing online platform projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and reporting skills

Nice to Have

• Experience within the Rail sector
• Exposure to ticketing, travel, transport or regulated consumer services
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes
