Provide expert guidance on LAN network setup, infrastructure patching, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Advise on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to optimise product performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage systems within SLA, proposing improvements and implementing changes to meet service standards.
Engage with third parties to resolve complex product issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
Stay current with new tools, products, and techniques, promoting continuous improvement within the team.

What you'll bring:
Proven experience in independently implementing LAN networks and infrastructure patching according to design specifications.
Strong knowledge of solution development, ensuring compatibility with existing architectures, policies, and standards.
Ability to meet project deadlines and manage costs effectively.
Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues swiftly, providing timely workarounds or fixes.
