Oracle Lead EPM Consultant

Are you an Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant ready to take the next step and help shape a growing EPM capability?

Sopra Steria's Oracle Practice is expanding its EPM capability, and we are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant to play a leading role in its growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys delivery and wants to influence strategy, build capability, and help shape how we take Oracle EPM to market.

You will work on high-profile Oracle Cloud programmes, designing and delivering EPM solutions for Public and Private Sector clients. You will also contribute to building our delivery capability, growing your profile, mentoring others, and helping drive meaningful change within a leading Oracle practice.

What you will be doing:

• Leading the successful delivery of consulting-led projects, achieving revenue targets and high customer satisfaction.
• Identifying additional consulting opportunities and helping shape propositions for new and existing clients.
• Working with clients to capture and shape opportunities, translating challenges into actionable EPM roadmaps.
• Leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations (design to go-live and post-implementation support).
• Acting as a senior EPM specialist in pre-sales: shaping solutions, supporting bids, and helping win new work.
• Building and mentoring a high-performing EPM consulting team.
• Contributing to the EPM go-to-market proposition through thought leadership and differentiated approaches.
• Working on complex programmes that deliver visible, real-world impact for clients.

What you will bring:

• Broad knowledge across the Oracle EPM suite.
• Proven experience leading complex Oracle EPM implementations and managing multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear, confident client-facing communication.
• Ability to translate business needs into robust, scalable Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
• Experience gained within a consulting/SI environment or equivalent in-house delivery/transformation experience.
• Change management capability and familiarity with Oracle Modern Best Practice (or similar delivery approaches).

It would be great if you had:

• Experience delivering in Healthcare, Emergency Services (Blue Light) and/or Defence environments.
