ERP Programme Manager
Thehumanoid
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That's why we've set out on a mission to build the world's most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We're bringing that mission to life with HMND 01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we're growing the team to take it even further. About the Role As ERP Programme Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Humanoid's ERP programme across all workstreams. While this role sits within the IT organisation, the ERP programme is a business transformation initiative, not an IT-only delivery. As such, accountability for delivery spans business process change, data, controls, testing, change management, training, and technology implementation. You will operate as the single point of delivery accountability for the programme, ensuring that all streams progress in a coordinated, disciplined, and outcome-focused manner, regardless of organisational ownership. This role requires someone who combines structured programme discipline with a strong execution bias, able to enforce standards, drive decisions, and maintain momentum in a fast-growing, complex environment. You will work closely with a designated Programme Owner, but you will be responsible for ensuring the programme delivers on its objectives, milestones, and outcomes. What You'll Do End-to-End Programme Accountability Own delivery of the ERP programme across all business and IT workstreams. Act as the single point of accountability for overall programme outcomes. Ensure workstreams operate as an integrated programme, not independent silos. Translate business objectives into executable delivery plans. Programme Governance & Control Define and enforce programme governance, delivery methodology, and cadence. Establish programme forums, reporting, and decision structures. Maintain an integrated programme plan covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, and risks. Ensure transparent, fact-based reporting of progress, risks, and issues. Business Workstream Oversight Hold business workstream leads accountable for inputs, decisions, and delivery commitments. Ensure business process design, controls, and operating model changes are delivered on time. Drive timely decision-making across Finance, Procurement, and Operations. Ensure business readiness is planned and executed. IT & Solution Delivery Oversight Coordinate closely with the ERP Solution Lead and IT workstream leads. Ensure configuration, integrations, data, and technical activities align with business needs. Manage dependencies between technical and business activities. Ensure non-functional requirements (controls, security, supportability) are addressed. Vendor & System Integrator Management Lead day-to-day delivery management of system integrators and ERP vendors. Hold vendors accountable for end-to-end delivery. Challenge delivery assumptions, estimates, and resourcing where required. Ensure commercial and delivery realities remain aligned throughout the programme. Scope, Risk & Decision Management Own scope management across business and IT dimensions. Maintain a live and actionable RAID log with clear ownership and mitigation. Drive structured, fact-based decision-making by presenting options and implications. Escalate risks early, clearly, and constructively. Testing, Go-Live & Stabilisation Maintain delivery grip through early life support until stabilisation is achieved. Ensure an integrated testing strategy covering business processes, data, and technology. Plan and execute end-to-end cutover and go-live activities. Ensure operational readiness across support, controls, and training. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP programmes with accountability across business and IT workstreams. Experience delivering ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Oracle NetSuite. Demonstrated ability to run complex, cross-functional programmes with single-point accountability. Track record of holding business stakeholders, system integrators, and vendors to account. Highly organised, methodical, and disciplined, with a strong bias to execution. Comfortable challenging stakeholders and saying "no" when required, backed by facts and implications. Excellent communication skills, able to operate credibly at senior levels. Nice to have Experience delivering ERP in manufacturing, engineering, or product-led environments. Experience operating in scale-up environments where structure must be created. Background in programmes involving significant business process change. What We Offer Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid bank holidays and company holidays. Fully funded private healthcare for UK employees, with broad provider access, virtual and in person care, and strong mental health and serious illness support. Pension scheme with a total 8% contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings. Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in office. Collaboration with top tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics. Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.

Frontend Engineer
MATTA
the crazy challenge of inventing the future UI / UX for manufacturing working at the crossover of software and hardware (we are truly full stack and often are in factories) writing performant code that can handle and visualise a ton of data at scale delivering real impact on how we manufacture the world around us About Matta Matta is creating industrial AI for factories. We are a group of engineers, scientists, and company builders developing manufacturing foundation models (MFMs) and a general-purpose manufacturing OS to improve the sustainability of manufacturing today and to unlock the unimaginable technologies of tomorrow. What we actually do: Build insane AI models that understand the physics of manufacturing processes (think futuristic stuff like machines that watch and correct themselves on the fly or even learn how to use brand-new, never seen before materials autonomously). Research new foundational models for manufacturing enabling users to install vision based inspection and quality control AIs in less than 24 hours! (for context the industry standard is about 6 months). Think really hard about how manufacturing will look in 10+ years and build a brand new intuitive OS and interfaces for orchestrating factories, monitoring machines, controlling production, etc. all with AI. For context, we are a small dynamic team from Google X, Microsoft, Cambridge, MIT, Imperial, BBC R&D to name a few. We work a lot and are all close friends - come join the family! Frontend Engineer We're looking for a Frontend Engineer to own, build, and scale the face of our manufacturing OS. You'll work directly on our Vue.js-based frontend, with the fun and challenging task of designing interfaces for the future of manufacturing, whilst also making internal tools / demos for showcasing and testing our AI. You'll juggle back and forth between proper engineering around efficiency of WebRTC and WebSockets, to creating new user experiences and interfaces for AI visualisations and data, and prototyping designs faster than our CTO can make cups of tea for the team (btw the whole team can juggle so get practicing). This isn't your typical dev gig - expect to work hard and collaborate with an exceptional team of top engineers, scientists, and builders, all obsessed with embodied AI reshaping the manufacturing world. About You A proper frontend wizard: You write clean, scalable, high-performance frontend code. Bonus points for Vue.js mastery and its state management. Ideally you don't just code but can craft experiences. You are rapid at prototyping in tools like Figma or even sketches and turning ideas into stunning, intuitive designs. All the usual things like RESTful APIs, WebSockets, WebRTC, and real-time data pipelines plus CI/CD are chill. You've led web projects from start to finish, overcoming hurdles and shipping brilliant products (in startups? even better) and you are a bit batty and want to learn more! People person: you love working in teams, sharing knowledge, mentoring/teaching others, and embracing feedback (and yes, you're always game for a team Lego building break). You're adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments where every day brings new challenges. Ideally you have a master's in engineering / computer science / or may come from a design related background. You probably have 3+ years industry experience. Above all, we are looking to build a team of creative, outside of the box thinking problem solvers. For this, candidates should be: Capable of setting and reaching ambitious goals, and taking a project from concept to completion. Self directed, self organised, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, multi disciplinary work environment. Team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What will impress us Being proactive. Building or sending us example AI or data related projects - even better if related to the role. Whether you're a chess grandmaster, a world champion at tiddlywinks, or a badass musician, we'd love to see the hobbies, skills, or activities you take to the next level - we're always impressed by those who go all in! Clear passion in our mission, not a random reason to work with us. Matta is an equal opportunity employer and encourages individuals from all backgrounds to apply. We offer competitive compensation, the friendliest of teams, an insanely stimulating work environment, and the opportunity to be a part of something massive. Location Our London office, 5 minutes from Old Street Station. Think vibrant startup attic vibes with a team that knows when to laugh and when to focus.
