Location: Scotland (Remote / Field-Based)Salary: £70,000 + Private Medical + Expenses + BenefitsIndustry: Construction / Remedial Works / Building SafetyType: Permanent Full-Time

Lead the Launch of a Brand-New Region. Shape the Future of a High-Impact Business.

Are you motivated by the chance to build something from the ground up? Do you thrive in a role where every relationship you create, every door you open, and every project you win directly shapes a company's footprint in a new region?

A respected specialist in cladding and façade remedial works, renowned for making buildings safer and more compliant, is expanding into Scotland - and they're looking for the right person to take the lead.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a region, backed by the support of a trusted national business making a genuine difference to building safety across the UK.

Why This Role Is Exceptional

? You'll be the face of the business in Scotland - shaping how the region grows, who it partners with, and what success looks like.? You'll represent a company with real purpose, helping clients resolve non-fire-retardant cladding and façade issues that directly impact safety and compliance.? You'll have autonomy - no micromanagement, no rigid KPIs. Just the space, trust, and backing to do what you do best.? You'll work with clients who value expertise, including housing associations, councils, architects, hospitals, and private organisations.

If you've ever wanted a role with influence, visibility, and genuine career-defining impact - this is it.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and expanding the Scotland region, starting with Glasgow
  • Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers across:
    • Housing associations
    • Local authorities
    • Architects
    • Hospitals
    • Direct private clients
  • Promoting and securing work for the company's specialist cladding and façade remedial services
  • Conducting client visits, site meetings, surveys, and solution-focused conversations
  • Working closely with senior leadership to shape regional strategy and growth

What You Bring

  • A solid background in the construction sector
  • Experience selling a service-led solution (rather than a product)
  • Existing relationships or network within housing associations, councils, architects, or similar markets
  • A natural ability to build trust and rapport - you enjoy being out meeting people
  • Energy, ambition, and the drive to build a region from day one
  • A full UK driving licence

Experience with cladding or facades is a significant advantage, but not essential - attitude, drive, and industry understanding are key.

What's in It for You?

  • £70,000 salary
  • Private medical cover
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Company events and team culture
  • Travel expenses fully covered
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Remote working with the freedom to manage your own diary
  • The chance to lead growth in a brand-new region with real influence
