Job Description

Job Title: IT Service Management Analyst

Location: Newcastle

Purpose of Role

Provide a key link between the various functions of IT from an internal and external vendor and relationship aspect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor IT budgets, perform variance analysis, and report risks/issues.
  • Raise and track licensing issues for IT services and projects.
  • Support procurement for services and license renewals (e.g., Microsoft).
  • Handle Finance queries (forecasting, journals, recharges) and supplier escalations.
  • Maintain accurate supplier details and payment records.
  • Contribute to process improvements and IT governance standards.
  • Support IT onboarding for new businesses/sites.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of IT service and contractual processes
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Keen interest in IT service deployment across a global organisation
