ServiceNow Architect/Developer

My client are in need of a contract ServiceNow Architect and 2 Developers/ Technical consultants. The roles are inside IR35 and will be working on a remote basis. The end client are in the Public sector, so any similar industry experience there would be beneficial.Skills required:

• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks
• Deep expertise in Change Management and CMDB modules
• Familiarity with CSDM, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle management
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS - ITSM, CMDB) highly desirable
