Join Our Exciting Team!Are you a dynamic Technical Project Manager with a passion for Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology? Our client in the Financial Services industry is on the lookout for someone just like you to spearhead the implementation of the Fenergo FenX platform and elevate their CLM solutions!

Purpose of the Role:As the Technology Delivery Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the implementation of the Fenergo FenX platform and related technologies. You'll support the Head of CLM and take charge of the project management deliverables, ensuring seamless operations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Technology Project Plan and deliverables for CLM solution implementation.
• Oversee configuration change requests, defect resolution, and UAT Test Phase.
• Coordinate with technology leads to keep tasks on track, highlighting issues and identifying mitigation strategies.
• Represent technology in management meetings and provide detailed reporting.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, including Front Office, Operations, and Compliance.
• Ensure documentation and artefacts are correctly stored for audits and reviews.

Who You Are:

• You possess a solid understanding of Client Lifecycle Management technology and the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• You have experience managing multiple tasks effectively with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• You are familiar with regulatory changes impacting banking systems and possess knowledge of system release and Go Live Management.
• You thrive in deadline-driven environments and have proven experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• You are able to work collaboratively, analyse data, and provide insightful recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Educated to degree level; professional project management qualifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in financial services and knowledge of regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
