We're working with a dynamic consultancy that's reshaping how engineering teams deliver value across industries. They're on the lookout for a Lead Software Engineer who's not just technically sharp, but also passionate about guiding teams, solving complex problems, and driving innovation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine technical delivery with team mentorship, helping clients build scalable, cloud-native solutions. You'll be involved in everything from product roadmapping and architecture to development and deployment-across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading engineering teams through high-impact client projects
  • Owning technical delivery and ensuring best practices across the software lifecycle
  • Collaborating with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to shape solutions
  • Working with modern cloud platforms and agile methodologies
  • Exploring new tools and approaches, including AI-powered development
