Description

This is a Tech Lead role and will be a mix of hands on coding alongside dealing with Stakeholders, scoping requirements, working with their third-party development partners, ensuring quality of code and help with overall technical direction.

Day to day will include:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical challenges.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with organisational goals.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Develop and enforce technical standards and best practices.
• Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.

Profile

Must haves:

• Tech Lead experience
• Strong communication with Stakeholders
• C#.NET
• Azure (they are 100% cloud based)
