We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our marketing team on a 3-month contract. Working closely with other designers and content writers, you'll be part of a fast-paced team producing a diverse range of creative assets across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will be an integrated thinker with a strong grasp of best practices across outdoor and digital advertising, social media, web, and email. While your primary focus will be digital design, you should also be comfortable producing print assets when required. You'll bring creativity and ideas to the table, while maintaining attention to detail and consistency at scale.
You should be familiar with design trends in the financial services space and have an opinion on how to push creative boundaries responsibly. You'll also be confident taking considered risks, learning quickly, and iterating as needed.
ResponsibilitiesCreate digital design work across multi-channel marketing campaigns
Collaborate with designers and writers on concept development, design execution, and maintaining a strong creative culture
Partner with marketing colleagues on briefs across paid, earned, and owned channels
Manage and own projects from brief to delivery, engaging multiple stakeholders
Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external creative partners
Make quick, informed decisions and embrace a "learn and adapt" mindset
Follow design guidelines, systems, and best practices throughout the process
Present design decisions effectively and confidently to stakeholders
Quality-check and proof design outputs to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
Peer review and provide feedback on design work within the team
Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards
Keep customers at the heart of every design decision
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all materials meet relevant regulatory requirements
Significant experience in an in-house studio or creative agency at a mid-senior level
Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-channel projects with strong brand alignment
Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
Ability to prioritise and respond quickly to changing requirements
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and audience understanding
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign), including animation skills
Passionate about maintaining brand consistency
Calm, positive, and solutions-focused under pressure
Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills
Experience using the Atlassian suite (Jira & Confluence) is desirable
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment
