Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to expert for Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Help users get the most out of these tools through training, support, and clear documentation.
  • Keep track of Microsoft updates and make sure new features are rolled out smoothly.
  • Work with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams to fix issues and improve user experience.
  • Spot trends in support requests and suggest ways to automate or improve processes.
  • Test and trial new tools and integrations to keep our workplace tech up to date.
  • Help define best practices and governance for Microsoft 365 use.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin and user features.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online is a plus.
  • Great communication and documentation skills.
  • ITIL Foundation or similar service management experience is helpful.
