Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to expert for Microsoft 365 applications.
- Help users get the most out of these tools through training, support, and clear documentation.
- Keep track of Microsoft updates and make sure new features are rolled out smoothly.
- Work with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams to fix issues and improve user experience.
- Spot trends in support requests and suggest ways to automate or improve processes.
- Test and trial new tools and integrations to keep our workplace tech up to date.
- Help define best practices and governance for Microsoft 365 use.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin and user features.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online is a plus.
- Great communication and documentation skills.
- ITIL Foundation or similar service management experience is helpful.
