Senior ERP Analyst - Finance

We're working with a well-established international organisation in the retail and distribution sector, currently undergoing a major digital transformation. With operations across Europe, North America, and APAC, this business is modernising its finance systems and processes to support continued growth and scalability.

As a Senior ERP Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance technology within the organisation. You'll be a key bridge between Finance, IT, and external partners, driving enhancements to ERP systems (including a recently implemented cloud-based platform), leading change initiatives, and supporting global rollout phases.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading system improvements and optimising finance processes across global teams
• Supporting ERP transformation projects and driving adoption of new functionality
• Acting as a trusted advisor between Finance, IT, and third-party vendors
• Delivering training, documentation, and user engagement initiatives
• Ensuring governance and best practice across Finance IT operations

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience with finance systems (Workday or similar ERP platforms)
• Proven track record in system implementations and process improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
