The Opportunity

Are you a confident and capable Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering meaningful change?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-led organisation that's undergoing one of its largest and most ambitious transformation programmes to date. You'll help connect colleagues and customers in new and more efficient ways - enhancing services, adopting new technologies, and improving business processes at scale.

As a key member of the central project delivery team, you'll manage multiple complex projects, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and play a vital role in shaping the future of services that matter to thousands of people.

What you'll be doing?
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within a major transformation programme.

  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and programme priorities.

  • Establish effective governance structures to support decision-making and maintain clear accountability.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes that meet business needs.

  • Foster strong relationships across the organisation to support collaboration and ensure project success.

  • Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders, from team members to senior leadership.

  • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and contributing to evolving project standards.

What you need
  • Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects across IT, operations, or business change environments.

  • Skilled in project governance, stakeholder management, and balancing competing priorities.

  • Proficient in using project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident working with both delivery teams and senior leaders.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically - keeping delivery on track while aligned with long-term goals.

  • Passion for contributing to purpose-driven, community-focused work.

Why join?
  • Hybrid working: minimum 3 days per week on-site

  • 36-hour working week:

    • Mon-Thurs: 08:30-17:00

    • Friday: 08:30-12:30

  • 31 days annual leave plus public holidays

  • Excellent pension scheme

  • Inclusive, collaborative, and values-driven culture

If you're looking for a new challenge where you can see the impact of your work and contribute to something meaningful, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
