WWF UK has grown significantly in the last four years and as Finance Systems Programme Manager you will focus on implementing new finance systems to facilitate the financial management and reporting we now need and which is critical to the organisation’s ability to ensure maximum impact from the use of funds. We will look to you to deliver new finance, procurement and grant management systems. You will take responsibility for the effective management of implementation projects from initial discovery through to Go Live and beyond.
You will ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time and that main requirements and objectives for each system are successfully met. You will also oversee the work of implementation partners, manage stakeholder communications and escalate large-scale issues if needed. You will manage resources and ensure users are adequately equipped and trained to optimise systems use too. Important will be the ability to solve project-related problems and to keep the organisation on track.
For this critical role, you must have significant experience of successfully managing and leading IT system implementations, preferably with finance systems implementation projects. Comfortable helping organisations and teams with transformation or change management projects, you will be used to managing multiple stakeholders and leading project teams. You will also possess strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. You will also be used to managing budgets and resources as well as overseeing supplier partners.
Experience of implementing MS Dynamics Business Central as a finance system would be an advantage as would a project management qualification.

The successful candidate will join a team of 11 and will report directly to the Head of IT.
This new role will focus on a number of key IT programme areas and will be instrumental in delivering a busy and ambitious array of IT projects, spanning infrastructure and applications.

Setting up automation systems to support lead nurturing through the funnel

We have an exciting position available for an Insurance Data professional to join a FTSE 500 Global Insurer, at a pivotal time in their data journey. You'll join at a time where they are about to start work on their data stratergy, meaning your role will evolve with their journey to target state. The Data Integration and Governance Manager will be responsible for ensuring data management strategy gets implemented in alignment with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Insurance business processes and technical aspects of data management to address integration challenges and meet data governance targets. Also will lead initiatives to improve data quality, compliance and efficient data utilization across. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the insurance industry and data management technologies to carry out deep dive into data and related processes when required. Responsibilities: Mandate data management and governance policies and procedures that align with both business needs and regulatory requirements. Facilitate data ownership and stewardship while ensuring compliance and risk management. Utilize comprehensive knowledge of insurance processes to address specific data governance needs and challenges within each data domain. Support programmes to integrate data systems and governance understanding and mitigating implementation challenges associated with data integration. Work closely with data services and business functions to ensure data integration and models maintain data management requirements. Develop and maintain metadata repositories to keep metadata accurate for effective data usage. Implement integrated Reference data solution ,facilitating change management and issue resolution to support seamless collaboration across all data usage. Implement practices to monitor data quality ,lineage and detect anomalies in real-time using the available tools. Integrate observability tools into data solutions to maintain data health. Continuous improvement approach to evaluate data maturity and implement best practices to optimize data value. Implement unified data management framework , accommodating diverse operational needs across various business unites and locations ensuring efficiency and data integrity. Maintain ongoing communication with data owners and stewards , conduct data governance working groups as required. Ensure continuous communication and awareness of data management tools and practices, arrange necessary training meeting business function requirements. Track KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions in improving data management practices. Skills Expertise in data modelling, metadata management, and data governance tools. Proficiency in data quality and analysis tools, along with a strong understanding of data observability is beneficial. Problem-solving expertise with a focus on data integrity checks. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing data-focused projects. Excellent communication abilities, effective in stakeholder management and training.
