Job Title: IT Support Analyst Location: NW10 (Park Royal) Salary: up to £30,000 Job Type: Permanent The Role Our client is currently looking for an IT Support Analyst. My client is a leading manufacturer of ambient foods. The successful candidate will play a key role in being responsible for the maintenance as well as the reliable operation of computer systems. Duties and responsibilities: To install hardware/operating systems across the site as well as applications across the site. To be able to tutor staff/clients to be able to set up systems or resolve issues. To be able to replace parts when required, as well as being able to support the roll out of new applications. To be able to effectively set up new users to company standard. To install as well as maintain IPS/IDS, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam and Anti-Malware. To test and evaluate new technology being implemented. The Candidate/Qualifications Graduate or commercial experience of at least 2/3 years within the field of IT. Proven track record in being able to resolve basic issues associated with system configuration. Knowledge of best practices within IT and being able to assess problems and solutions with this in mind. Hands-on knowledge of MS Office package.
