You will manage resources and ensure users are adequately equipped and trained to optimise systems use too. For this critical role, you must have significant experience of successfully managing and leading IT system implementations, preferably with finance systems implementation projects. Comfortable helping organisations and teams with transformation or change management projects, you will be used to managing multiple stakeholders and leading project teams. You will also possess strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. You will also be used to managing budgets and resources as well as overseeing supplier partners.
Experience of implementing MS Dynamics Business Central as a finance system would be an advantage as would a project management qualification.

Main Responsibilities
Database Management – manage, maintain and operate the Old Reptonian and Repton Foundation database. Capacity Planning – analyse database usage patterns/trends to identify resource and upgrade requirements. Make recommendations as appropriate.
Database User Management – establish the needs and training requirements of end-users. Manage and monitor appropriate permissions and access levels and ensure data security and integrity. Provide ongoing training and support to approved users, where required.
Research – support the Development Director and Alumni Relations Manager in identifying donor prospects, mentors, speakers, case studies etc and generating guest profiles for events and fundraising purposes.
Reporting and Analytics – produce accurate data, reports and performance metrics to aid in event planning, audience profiling and donor, campaign and event analysis.
Financial Reconciliation – support Development Director in gift processing through recording and tracking donations, and reconciling with Finance Department.
Data Privacy Compliance –implement a robust process to ensure Data Protection Law 2018, UK GDPR and PECR regulations are adhered to with regard to all stored data and bulk data migrations.
Other Duties – any other reasonable duties as requested by the Line Manager.

The successful candidate will have:

Knowledge of SQL

This has created an opportunity for an ERP Administrator, ideally with Business Central experience, to work on our digitisation projects and provide helpdesk support for our growing international business. Job Summary:
The Security Systems Support Engineer (SSE) is an embedded role, with one of Pinkerton's largest clients (Fortune 500 company). IT Service Desk Analyst 200 per day - Inside IR35 via Umbrella Location: Birmingham, West Midlands - Full time onsite 5 days per week - Excellent transport links Midlands based Service Desk resources are required to work on our financial services client's thriving desk until 17/9/24. The Service Desk Analyst will be required to cover the following- Be the primary point of contact to accept phone calls into the Service Desk, logging onto the ISM system and triaging, applying simple fixes where available or assigning to the appropriate teams Be the primary point of contact to accept Self Service requests/tickets, ensuring all the required data is captured, tickets are set to the correct priority level, assigned to the correct internal team for management or apply simple fixes Where demand is reduced, undertake ticket admin tasks such as call chase ups, keeping customers informed of progress and ensuring ticket closures carry the acceptance of the customer Required Skills/experience - Experience of working in a contact centre / IT Service Desk Experience of customer service Experience of ticket management including setting of priorities, capturing details and recording correctly Candidates must be UK based and have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions.
