They are looking for an enthusiastic 2nd Line On-site Engineer to come and join their team and work with a key client of theirs based in Cambridge. In this position you will get a chance to work with some of the latest technologies on the market, expanding across Mac and Windows OS. You will be part of a team that manages the life cycle of service incidents, service requests and change requests which delivers all the elements of a high-quality service to both internal and external partners in a timely and accurate manner.
