The candidate for this role must have a strong background and track record in previous data transformation & change projects.Experience in reporting and communicating directly with other senior stakeholders and upper levels of company leadership will be an essential requirement for proving the necessary levels of experience required for this role. Previous business change & gathering requirement projects will be essential. Experience of working closely with technical teams, user groups, internal and external partners will be a huge element of the role with experience of data usage is another must have.The candidate must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently from others. They must also have the motivation to proactively engage with the CFO and managing directors to explain projections and discuss changes.
