You will oversee and co-ordinate a portfolio of US Casualty binder claims, including: Professional Indemnity General Liability Errors & Omissions Employment Practices Liability Crisis Management other specialty liability classes ensuring effective communication between clients, TPAs, coverholders, and insurers. Previous experience of working on Binding Authority claims is essential. A good knowledge of Casualty, Professional Indemnity and/or Property claims would be useful but wouldn't be essential. A sound understanding of ECF would also be advantageous.
