Role Description:

- Responsibilities of Delivery Lead on Finance Redesign programme

- managing delivery activities for Finance Redesign across multiple delivery teams in Front Office and Finance Technology

- preparing for and leading programme Working Group and Operating Committee

- looking after programme financials

- ensuring deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management Standards.

The Team:

The successful candidate will join Business Finance Office Technology which is a global team with colleagues in US, UK, India and Singapore. They will work closely with global teams not only in Business Finance Office Technology but Front Office Technology, APS, MAPS, GBAM Finance and other business functions.

Core Skills:

• Project management experience in a Financial Services environment.
• Knowledge of Daily PNL Production process within a Global Markets Finance function.
• Understanding of Agile and Lean software development practices and associated tools.
• Ability to drive resolution of complex issues across multiple delivery teams.
• Appreciation of the importance of the whole project-lifecycle and business delivery.
• Drive changes in working practices to make delivery more efficient.
Nice to have
• Experience managing project/programme financials.
• Knowledge of Bank technologies (Quartz/RemoteRisk/RRA/Zinc).
• Investment banking experience, with front or middle office team experience advantageous.
• Appreciation of Risk Awareness (Inc. Operational, Compliance, Business & Reputational)
