At Capgemini our expertly designed programme will take you from GCSE level to a qualified desktop support engineer, including relevant technical certifications This 18-month programme is unique, you will be working directly in a team of experienced individuals with a strong community for support, drawing on their expertise and learning. You will be working to design how we transform our client's existing services and create brand new services using cutting edge and emerging technologies with the client experience always in mind.

About the Opportunity;

• You'll have a full-time permanent role from day one, and a competitive starting annual salary
• You'll study part-time for L3 IT Support Technician programme through Baltic - whilst being able to put your new skills into practice in your day-to-day role

You don't need to have technical qualifications, but we do ask that you're as passionate as we are about the ways tech can be applied in the real world.

This is a customer-focused placement in which you will be liaising with internal clients and problem-solving to ensure a high level of service. This is a role you can start to build your technical skills and practice them daily. This role is pivotal in making sure that our end users can work efficiently and effectively
Working on the Tech Table or Virtual Tech Table assisting end users with technical issues.

What we are looking for:

• 5 GCSE's grade 4 or above
• We are looking for someone who is self-driven who is organized
• Wants to learn
• Good communication skills
• Wants to focus on technical skills but would also like to work with clients
