Job Description
Do you have the experience to lead and deliver transformational change across Finance and Accounting in support of the transition to Oracle SaaS ERP technology solution and enabling strategic objectives?
We are looking for a Service Improvement Senior Lead to work in partnership with the Service Delivery teams to design, model and implement new or modified business processes, technologies and organisational structures to deliver a leaner and more efficient business, whilst maintaining and improving the customer experience.
What you will be doing:
• Analysing and reviewing ideas from clients, internal business and other valid sources
• Gather and document business requirements
• Design and propose innovative new or improved processes
• Gather and analyse data - call out issues with any data quality
• Crafting the way we work to improve our business advantage and that of our clients
• Assist in complaint resolution, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action
• Provide feedback to the operational teams via collaborative sessions
• Submit significant reports understood by the intended audience

It would be good if you had:
• Certification in BA-related accreditation i.e., Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Modelling Notation course
• PM experience and related qualification e.g., Prince2, Agile
• High level technical knowledge of intelligent automation solutions and deployment (RPA, ML, AI)
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting services in a Shared Services (BPO) environment.
• Experience with large scale organisational change

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, 4 x death in service benefit, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund 3% (can be taken as a cash option), £5,400 car allowance and an annual bonus of up to £500.
