Work effectively, efficiently and respectfully alongside other Technical Support Analysts (2nd Line)
Provide operational, and technical support for the Firm globally
To provide assistance as a project resource as and when required
Creating and maintaining support documentation, providing any suggestions of improvements to the IT Training team with regards to the user guidance material
Skills
Previous experience working in a law firm
Excellent Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory & Exchange knowledge
Experience supporting Mobile Devices and using Intune
Legal Applications - iManage Work 10, InTapp, Bighand, Aderant, Workshare or InterAction
Desirable - MAC OS, Virtual desktops and VPN technologies
