Job Role

  • Work effectively, efficiently and respectfully alongside other Technical Support Analysts (2nd Line)
  • Provide operational, and technical support for the Firm globally
  • To provide assistance as a project resource as and when required
  • Creating and maintaining support documentation, providing any suggestions of improvements to the IT Training team with regards to the user guidance material

Skills

  • Previous experience working in a law firm
  • Excellent Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory & Exchange knowledge
  • Experience supporting Mobile Devices and using Intune
  • Legal Applications - iManage Work 10, InTapp, Bighand, Aderant, Workshare or InterAction
  • Desirable - MAC OS, Virtual desktops and VPN technologies
