Lead Systems Solutions Architect

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently looking to recruit a Lead Systems Architect on behalf of an innovative Tech business based in South Yorkshire (Hybrid working - minimum fortnightly visits to Head office).

This is a brand new role that will form part of a world class systems team that cover the plan, build, and run for the full suite of End-user Computing, Infrastructure, Networking, E-Commerce, and ERP services to the business.

This role requires a strategic yet hands on individual, someone who can lead a team of developers (Java) while analysing and translating business, information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions that integrate across applications, systems, and platforms to achieve business objectives.

You will work cross functionally with BA's and the wider Tech team to define the technical requirements, principles and models that generally guide all solution decisions for the ecosystem.

This role would suit an experience Systems Solutions Architect who still enjoys rolling up their sleeves, contributing to the development of roadmaps that outline how solutions are and should be structured. Alternatively are you currently a lead developer (Java) looking for that next step in your career, a true team leader looking to contribute to an organisations IT strategic direction.

*Demonstrable experience of working in an Agile development environment
*Proven leadership/management skills
*Strong Project Management experience
*Ability to spearhead process improvements
*Experience in the application of DevOps practices
*Hand on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, SQL, MongoDB
