IT Product Suppor Executive
£30-£32k
Central London - hybrid working


My client, a well-established Membership body in London, are looking for an experienced Product Support Executive to deliver development, implementation and testing of new and existing data products and services. You will have knowledge of user acceptance testing and an understanding of databases/reporting systems.

SQL knowledge and proficiency in MS Access/Excel is essential for this role.

The Role
  • Support in monitoring the performance of all IT systems
  • Devise IT support processes for new products and updating processes for any changes/enhancements made to existing products
  • Provide data reports
  • Complete user acceptance testing for all new data products and services. This may include input into test strategies, creation of test scenarios and completion of user acceptance testing
  • Assist on the day to day development activities for projects and system enhancements to ensure the work is delivered on budget and on time
  • To continuously review systems, processes and standard operating procedures for development
  • To provide an appropriate handover of new products and services and enhancements to the existing products and service to the relevant teams to enable them to deliver the service this will include any new or changes to existing data extracts or reports.

Skills/Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar IT Product focused role
  • Able to develop a good operational knowledge of the company's data products and services and the systems which deliver these
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel and Report Builder (SSRS)
  • Appreciation of databases and reporting systems, and an understanding of how different techniques can be used to interrogate data and extract data.
  • Knowledge of user acceptance testing and the ability to create test scenarios would be desirable but is not essential to the role.
